If you look at the close schedule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi he often prefers to travel at night during his visit to other countries for Diplomatic Meetings.
But why does he do that? Is it to avoid rush hour traffic and not disturb the common people? You may argue that but the reason will surprise you.
This is to utilize the optimum time to make his day more productive without sparing any time on unwanted things. At the night he wants to rest and relax so that he could attend the meetings the very next day.
His last fortnight’s visit to Germany, France, and Denmark is a sudden example of night journey rule. This month he has already been to 4 countries Denmark, France, and Germany, and then he went to Nepal on Buddha Jayanti.
He is also scheduled to visit Japan in the next week for another bilateral meeting.
Narendra Modi has a pattern of traveling at night so that he can attend the meetings and engagements the next day and then fly back to another destination the same day at night.

So, there is no wonder that his next visit to Japan will be any different. He will leave the country on 22nd May at Night and start his meeting the next day straight away. In Tokyo, he will meet the top Business Honchos and address the Indian Community living there.

The next day he will attend a Quad Meeting, a Bilateral meeting, and then fly back to India the same Night. He will be spending just 1 night on his visit to Japan.
In total, the Prime Minister will be visiting 5 countries this month spending 3 nights in these countries. He would have spent 4 nights on a plane to save time.
